Public safety standard
Child Safety Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
1. Scope and commitment
This policy is published by TJR Entertainment LLC, operator of Yapi and publisher on Google Play under the developer name TJR Show. It applies worldwide to Yapi accounts, profiles, discovery, messages, voice, photos, videos, one-to-one audio or video sessions, reports, and every other service feature.
Yapi is an adults-only service. Adults must not invite, assist, or expose a minor to an adult interaction. No age gate can guarantee that every person states an age truthfully, so we use reporting, review, and enforcement controls as additional safeguards.
2. CSAE and CSAM definitions
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes sexual abuse, grooming, sexualized contact, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation, or an attempt to obtain or facilitate sexual activity involving a child.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means any visual, audio, written, or other material that depicts, promotes, solicits, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. Sexualized requests, links, instructions, and distribution can also endanger children and are prohibited.
3. Prohibited behavior
Users may not use Yapi to:
- groom, sexualize, solicit, threaten, shame, blackmail, or sexually extort a child;
- create, request, possess, store, download, copy, transmit, forward, promote, or make available suspected CSAM;
- arrange, facilitate, advertise, or profit from child trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- impersonate a child, target a minor, or evade an age restriction to contact a minor;
- ask for sexual images, live sexual activity, personal details, payment, or an off-platform meeting from a child; or
- encourage another person to commit or conceal child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Do not download, copy, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Preserve only the information needed to report it and use the reporting route below.
4. In-app reporting and blocking
- Open the relevant Yapi profile, conversation, message, or active/recent call.
- Choose the available report control, select the closest safety reason, and submit details that are truthful and specific.
- Use Block to stop further contact and end a call if you feel unsafe. You can also contact support at cascadkirs@gmail.com.
Do not send suspected CSAM by email. Tell us what happened, the account or profile involved, the time and location in the app, and any safe identifying context without attaching illegal material.
5. Review, removal, and enforcement
We may use reports, account signals, automated detection, and trained human review to identify suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, or other child-safety risks. Where appropriate, we may remove or restrict content, stop an interaction, block an account, preserve evidence, prevent repeat registration, and escalate to qualified safety organizations or authorities.
We take reasonable steps to protect a reporter's privacy, limit access to safety information, and retain evidence when required. Review and response times can vary with urgency, legal duties, available information, and investigative integrity. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or reveal confidential enforcement details.
6. Cooperation and official reporting
We cooperate with lawful requests and applicable child-safety reporting duties. When a report concerns suspected CSAM or an imminent risk, we may contact the appropriate authority or qualified safety organization in the relevant jurisdiction.
For an external report in the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline (external official reporting website) is an available resource. Other countries may have their own official reporting channels.
7. Age controls and privacy
Yapi requires users to be at least 18. We may process age declarations, eligibility answers, account history, and limited verification signals to investigate suspected minor access, restrict features, and comply with law. We do not promise that these measures prevent every false age statement.
Information about data handling, retention, deletion, and user rights appears in the Privacy Policy. If we learn that a minor has used Yapi, we may restrict or close the account and delete associated information subject to child-safety, mandatory reporting, evidence-preservation, and other legal duties.
8. Contact and updates
Our designated child-safety contact is Maya. Contact Maya through cascadkirs@gmail.com for child-safety questions, escalation information, or a report that cannot be submitted in the app. Please do not attach suspected CSAM.
We may update this policy when Yapi, safety practices, applicable law, or reporting requirements change. The current page shows the effective date.
