Yapi Trust & Safety

Information and choices

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 18, 2026

At a glance. Yapi is an adults-only social communication service. We use account and profile details, messages and selected media, device and network signals, purchase and advertising records, and safety reports to operate the service. Camera and microphone access starts only after Android permission and a user action that needs it.

1. Who is responsible

TJR Entertainment LLC operates Yapi and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name TJR Show. This Privacy Policy describes handling of personal information in the Yapi Android application, the policy pages at cumia.app, support, account administration, moderation, and safety work.

Where applicable law uses the term controller, TJR Entertainment LLC is the responsible organization. An independent provider linked from the service has its own notice and practices.

2. Adult access

Yapi is intended for people aged 18 or older. We may handle an age declaration, eligibility response, account history, and limited verification signals to enforce the age rule, investigate suspected minor access, and meet platform or legal requirements.

A person under 18 must not create or use an account. If we reasonably suspect minor access, we may limit features, request proportionate information, preserve safety evidence, and close the account. An age gate cannot guarantee that every person states an age accurately.

3. Information we receive

Account and profile

Depending on the sign-in method and your choices, this may include an account or profile ID, email address or phone number, authentication information, display name, age declaration, gender, language, region, profile image, biography, interests, settings, and recovery information.

Messages, media, and calls

We process profile material, text, selected photos or videos, voice messages, support correspondence, and reports that you submit. Content you send to another user is made available to that recipient. For a user-started one-to-one audio or video session, live media must be processed to connect participants; we may also receive identifiers, start and end times, duration, connection quality, call events, and diagnostic signals.

Device, activity, and safety

We and service providers may process IP address, app and device identifiers, model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network type, access times, feature interactions, crash details, diagnostics, security events, reports, blocks, and approximate location inferred from an IP address.

Advertising and purchases

Where advertising is enabled and lawful, the Android Advertising ID, limited device information, approximate location, and ad interactions may support delivery, frequency limits, security, and measurement of contextual or personalized ads. Google Play handles payment credentials. We may receive a product identifier, transaction ID, purchase time, price, currency, entitlement, refund status, and purchase status, but not a complete card number or Google account password.

4. Android permissions

Optional permissions are requested in context. You can deny or revoke them through Android settings, although the related feature may stop working.

CapabilityWhy Yapi uses it
CameraTransmits video during a call and lets you capture profile or message media when you choose.
Microphone / record audioTransmits voice in an audio or video session and creates a voice message after activation.
Photos, video, audio, or media pickerLets you select and share media; older Android versions may use legacy storage only where technically required.
Notifications and vibrationSignals messages, calls, account events, safety notices, support replies, and purchase updates according to settings.
Internet, network, and Wi-Fi stateConnects sessions, delivers content, detects connectivity changes, and supports reliability.
Audio settings and wake lockRoutes call audio and helps an active session continue when the device would otherwise sleep.
Advertising IDSupports ad delivery, frequency controls, fraud prevention, and measurement where enabled and permitted.

Camera or microphone content is not used to select advertising. These sensors are not intentionally activated unless you choose a call, voice-message, or capture feature that requires them.

5. How we use information

Where a legal basis is required, it may be contract performance, consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting Yapi, legal obligations, or vital interests in an emergency. The appropriate basis depends on the activity and location.

6. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may classify particular advertising disclosures as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; eligible users may use available choices or contact us.

7. Transfers, retention, and security

Yapi and its providers may process information in more than one country. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized transfer safeguards appropriate to the information and risk.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, account status, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, legal duties, and controlled backups. Transaction, tax, accounting, refund, and chargeback records may remain for a legally required period. Safety, report, enforcement, and security records may remain as long as reasonably needed to protect users and comply with law. De-identified information may remain when it no longer reasonably identifies a person.

Administrative, technical, and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, provider review, and incident response are used to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security.

See the Yapi Account Deletion page for in-app and email deletion methods, verification, timing, scope, and limited retention. Suspending an account is not deletion.

8. Your choices and rights

You can edit available profile settings, revoke Android permissions, reset or delete the Advertising ID through device settings, report or block users, and request account deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain portability, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures, or appeal a denied request. We may verify identity and limit a request where law permits to protect another person or preserve safety evidence.

9. Children and updates

Yapi is not directed to children and does not allow anyone under 18 to hold or use an account. If we learn of minor access, we may restrict or close the account and delete associated information subject to safety, reporting, evidence-preservation, and other legal duties. The Child Safety Policy explains our CSAE standards, reporting process, enforcement, and designated contact.

We may update this Policy when Yapi, providers, safety practices, or applicable law changes. The current page shows its effective date, and material changes receive additional notice where required.
