Terms of Use

1. The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and TJR Entertainment LLC, which operates Yapi and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name TJR Show. They apply to the Yapi Android app, its accounts and profiles, discovery, messages, selected media, voice and video communication, digital purchases, advertising, support, moderation, and safety functions.

The Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy form part of these Terms.

2. Adult eligibility and accounts

You may use Yapi only if you are 18 or older, legally able to enter this agreement, and not barred by law. Do not falsify your age, assist a minor in bypassing a safeguard, lend your account to a minor, or bring a minor into an adult interaction.

Registration and profile information must be accurate and belong to you. Protect login credentials, retain control of the connected sign-in method, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred.

3. Profiles and conversations

Yapi lets adults discover profiles and communicate through text, voice messages, selected photos or videos, and one-to-one audio or video sessions. You decide whether to start, accept, continue, or end an interaction. Availability and quality vary with location, device, connection, version, and account.

We do not promise a particular match, response, identity, compatibility, relationship, background check, or result. Use judgment, protect personal and financial information, and use report, block, or call-ending controls when needed.

4. Camera, microphone, and recording

Yapi requests camera or microphone access only after Android permission and your activation of a feature that needs it. Revoking a permission can disable video, audio, voice-message, or capture features.

Obtain consent required by law before recording, capturing, publishing, or redistributing another person's image, voice, message, or call. Covert recording, voyeurism, blackmail, sexual coercion, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited. A recipient may preserve communications using tools outside Yapi, so do not assume an interaction is confidential.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of profile material, text, images, video, audio, messages, reports, and feedback that you provide. You promise that you have the rights and permissions needed and that your content follows these Terms.

You grant TJR Entertainment LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and technically modify that content only as reasonably needed to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, improve, and legally support Yapi. The license ends when the content leaves active systems, except for a copy retained by another user, a controlled backup, or a safety or legal record.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use Yapi to:

• break law or infringe another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
• harass, stalk, threaten, shame, coerce, extort, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger someone;
• create, request, possess, transmit, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or child endangerment;
• share non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, credible threats, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
• impersonate a person, misstate age or identity, or run a romance, investment, payment, credential, or account-recovery scam;
• send spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, automated messages, scraping requests, or disruptive traffic;
• collect, disclose, or sell another user's information without authorization;
• reverse engineer, bypass access or safety restrictions, manipulate purchases or advertising, or interfere with the service; or
• buy, sell, or transfer an account, digital item, credit, or access outside an authorized Yapi feature.

7. Reporting and enforcement

Use report or block controls from a relevant profile, conversation, or active or recent call. Reports must be truthful and made in good faith. Do not download or email suspected child sexual abuse material; use the in-app reporting route and follow the Child Safety Policy.

We may combine automated signals and human review. We may end an interaction, remove or limit content, reduce visibility, warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, or contact an authority or qualified safety organization where appropriate or required. Moderation cannot identify or prevent every violation. Where appropriate and legally permitted, an adult user may appeal through support.

8. Child safety

Yapi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Minors may not use the service. The public Child Safety Policy describes definitions, prohibited conduct, reporting and blocking, review, enforcement, cooperation, and the designated contact.

9. Google Play purchases

Yapi may offer credits, digital items, virtual benefits, or paid feature access through Google Play Billing. The checkout screen identifies the product, price, and material terms; a product is not recurring unless the checkout screen expressly describes a subscription.

Digital items are licensed, not legal tender or cash value, and cannot be transferred outside an authorized feature. Google Play processes payment credentials and applies its billing and refund rules. Deleting Yapi does not itself cancel billing managed separately by Google Play.

10. Advertising and third parties

Where permitted, Yapi may show contextual or personalized advertising. The Privacy Policy describes related data and choices. Google Play, communication, analytics, advertising, and other independent providers may support or link from the service; their own terms and privacy notices apply.

11. Intellectual property

Yapi software, interfaces, visual design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and our content are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Android app for its intended purpose. Do not copy, sell, publicly distribute, or create a derivative product from Yapi branding without authorization.

12. Changes, suspension, and deletion

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or retired for safety, security, legal, technical, demand, or business reasons. You may stop using Yapi and request permanent deletion through the app or the Account Deletion page. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, address safety or fraud, comply with law, protect users, or discontinue the service.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yapi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular connection or result, another user's identity or conduct, or the accuracy or safety of User Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TJR Entertainment LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the service or another user's or independent third party's conduct. Non-waivable consumer protections remain effective. To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, content, or material breach; this does not apply to our unlawful conduct.

14. Applicable law, updates, and contact

Before a claim, both sides will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve it through the contact below. These Terms use the law applicable to TJR Entertainment LLC and the transaction, without removing mandatory consumer protection or access to a local court that cannot lawfully be waived. We may update these Terms for product, safety, operational, or legal changes; material revisions receive notice where required.
